Robbers stole more than 600 thousand dollars from an exchange office in the center of Yerevan. The robbery took place during the day in the presence of many witnesses. According to the manager, the criminals did not even wear masks and did not hide their faces at all. Either they had nothing to fear since they had long been wanted by the police, or they were extremely careless. Whatever the case, the police have already identified the suspects.
As one of the witnesses said, the criminals did not even use weapons. They simply waited for the manager of the exchange office to go to the toilet and on the way back they surrounded the manager and, under threat of violence, forced him to take all the cash from the exchange office.
This robbery has already gone down in history as the fastest in this country, considering the amount of money that was stolen irretrievably. All other robberies with amounts over half a million dollars lasted much longer.
