A group of enthusiasts in Pakistan has created a cryptocurrency called watercoin. Due to the increasingly complicated situation and a possible war with India, the future water supply of this country is under great threat. It was under this legend that the new memecoin was created. Its creators stated that in this way they would be able to help their country drill new wells and provide water to the country's population. This coin immediately gained popularity and many Pakistanis have already managed to buy it. Who knows, perhaps the collected funds will be able to at least partially solve the problem with the water supply.
Although, this all looks very much like another scam, when organizations collect funds for a good cause, and then simply disappear with the money. When this bubble bursts, the poor Pakistanis will receive another blow - they will lose both funds and hopes for clean water.
A similar story happened with the Libra memecoin. Then an organization close to the Argentine government created its own coin and after a couple of days, having collapsed its price, sold all the coins. Then the president of the country was suspected of scam.
