A funny incident happened in Sweden. A local popular blogger was conducting online training on how to use cryptocurrencies. He was widely known in his region and it was necessary to sign up for his training in advance. After all, the demand was great, as was his authority. But the seemingly impossible happened. During a financial literacy lesson where popular methods of protection against fraudsters were discussed, an incident occurred. Right during the video conference, 11 Solana coins disappeared from his wallet. At the moment, their value is estimated at 2,365 US dollars. According to the victim, the funds were stored in a cold wallet and he often demonstrated it as a visual aid. A large screen was projected onto the wall. The camera of his laptop, on which the funds were stored, was always filming only this wall. Therefore, it was completely impossible to see the passwords to enter the wallet.
Nevertheless, the fact is a fact. The funds were stolen and this was most likely done by his online students. The teacher did not report the matter to the police because he did not want to make the case public. After information was leaked to the press by one of his students, details of the incident came to light. The police became interested in the case only after the news broke.
What can I say? Never be overconfident.
A case where a student surpassed his teacher.
